  • All Global Glimpsers should check in with Brendan McCarthy to discuss the updated trip schedules and information this summer. Our final workshops will take place on Monday, May 21st from 1:30 - 3:30. Lunch will be provided.

We have three baseball games, flag football, and fencing this week. Please come out and support our Academy teams if you can! Badminton, Track & Field, and Boys Volleyball practices have all started as well.

  • Boys Basketball plays at Washington, Mission, and Galileo this week. Girls Basketball plays at Marshall and Galileo today and Wednesday and home against Wallenberg on Friday.

  • Boys Soccer plays Jordan tomorrow at home. Girls Soccer plays at Marshall at home on Wednesday and Wallenberg at Beach Chalet on Friday.

  • Boys Volleyball meets today at in the College Center at 2pm.

  • Baseball starts practice today with Coach Vlad. Softball starts practice tomorrow on the Academy field at 4pm with Coach McCarthy. Bring your glove.

  • Fencing starts today in the Community Room at 4pm.

  • Badminton and Girls Flag Football will start in February.

  • Strength and Conditioning for all athletes will be available in our track fieldhouse today at 2:30, Tuesday at 4, and Wednesday at 2:30.

Athletics Announcements (1/8/2018):

 

  • Boys Soccer plays tomorrow at Franklin Park against KIPP and Thursday at home against Wallenberg.

  • Girls Soccer is watching film today in Room 101. Girls Soccer plays at Crocker against Leadership on Wednesday and home on Friday against KIPP.

  • Boys and Girls Basketball practice today in the gym. Both teams play tomorrow at home in their regular season openers and on Thursday away.

  • All Baseball players must attend a preseason meeting on Thursday at 4pm in the community room.

  • All girls interested in playing Softball this year should see the Athletic Director to pick up forms and schedules immediately. We need more players so please sign up!

  • Additionally, if you would like to play Badminton, Fencing, Girls Flag Football, Track & Field, or Boys Volleyball, you should check in with the Athletic Director in the main office.

Lastly, all Soccer and Basketball players should check the athletic board outside the main office tomorrow morning to see the final eligibility rosters for the regular season. If you are not on it and think you should be, you need to see the AD.

11-6-2017

  • Varsity Volleyball plays their final game of the season tomorrow against at Marshall at 4pm. It has been a terrific season and we are so proud of all the players, including our SENIORS, Angel Smith, Celine Cervantes, Diane Madayag, Karen Ching, Kayleen Yu!!! They played an epic game on Friday night against O’Connell. Also, shout out to the first ever JV Volleyball team for completing their first season and improving every game!

  • Cross Country runs tomorrow in Golden Gate Park.

  • Boys and Girls Soccer starts today! Be on the field at 4pm to stretch and warmup.

  • Boys Basketball practices tonight at 5:30 and then at 4:30 every day. Saturday practice is possible as well.

  • Girls Basketball Tryouts start on Wednesday, November 1st at 4:30.

  • Spring Sports meetings will take place in November. Badminton, Baseball, Fencing, Flag Football, Softball, Track & Field, and Boys Volleyball are open to all students. Sign up in the Wolf Pack Binder at the front sports table.

  • Boys Basketball Tryouts run Monday through Friday starting on October 30th. Practice should run from 4:30-6:30 every day.
  • Girls Basketball Tryouts start on Wednesday and run everyday from 4:30-6:30. 
  • Boys and Girls Soccer Tryouts begin on Monday, October 30th on the field. Players should warmup and stretch between 4 and 4:30.
  • Girls Volleyball plays their last game on Tuesday at Marshall.
  • Spring Sports Meetings will take place in November and December. If you would like to play Badminton, Baseball, Fencing, Girls Flag Football, Softball, Track & Field, or Boys Volleyball, please see the AD and attend any informational meetings.
