PBIS INITIATIVES

PBIS, or Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports is an initiative to identify ways in which we can honor and celebrate students’ positive choices in our community. The PBIS Team is comprised of teachers, staff, students, and the Assistant Principal. The main objective for the team is to focus on identifying areas of growth for our school community and working with the staff and students to make positive changes at The Academy.

CAUGHT IN THE ACT RAFFLE

WOLF PACK MEETING SHOUT OUTS

Once per Marking Period, we host a Wolf Pack BBQ to celebrate achievements in our community. Students with strong attendance and positive behavior will earn an invitation. Wolf Pack BBQ Challenges will be announced

Students earn “Caught in the Act” raffle tickets by demonstrating ASF’s core Be F.R.E.E. values, positively contributing to their classroom or the larger community, or demonstrating general  acts of kindness. Raffles will be held at monthly Wolf Pack Assemblies and the winners will choose from a variety of prizes.

Staff and students can identify members of the community for demonstrating ASF’s core Be F.R.E.E. values, positively contributing to their classroom or the larger community, or demonstrating general acts of kindness. These celebrations will be shared out at monthly Wolf Pack Assemblies.
